We had a wonderful weekend here at Strictly Sugarcraft, Barbara Luraschi from Sweet Janis travelled over from Como in Italy to teach us a modelling class. She brought with her such knowledge and professionalism, it was an early start on the Saturday for our attendees but it didnt take long to settle in after a cup of tea. Sofia was the very cute sugar model and she was entirely made without the use of moulds or much equipment, also no glue was used, the exact amounts of fondant and the correct techniques were all that was needed.
