Delivery
All goods displayed on the site are in stock and ready for dispatch, on some occasions we may be out of an item listed. If this happens, we can offer you a replacement item, a refund or send the correct item at a later date at no extra delivery charge. Any order received before 12pm will be dispatched the same day, any order placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders received on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday except in the case of a Bank Holiday, in this case they will be sent out on the Tuesday You must be there to sign for your goods, if you cannot be there you may nominate another delivery address. Delivery charge is €4.95 regardless of weight and size.
How long does Delivery take?
If you place your order before 12pm you will receive it next day by Fastway Couriers. If you item is small enough to fit inside an envelope, we will have the item posted to you at Standard Postal rates.
Refunds Policy
If you wish to return goods, you must contact us by phone or email in advance of returning any item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please ensure that you quote your order number and provide us with your receipt of payment. We will then give you a full refund for the cost of the product. However we do have the right to retain any charge paid for services which have already begun or been completed.
Refunds will be made by us via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days of receipt by us of the returned goods (as set out herein) or cancellation of the Order as the case may be.
You have a 14 day change of mind period in which to inform us you intend to return the product as outlined under EU Law.
We retain the right to refuse a refund if:
- You return your product to a store without proof of purchase
- The seal has been broken.
- The goods were a special order.*
Cancellations
Should you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately before we post the product. After which time, the normal returns policy will commence.
